The Events team of Olive + Oak is here to offer you + your guests a taste of our James Beard award winning restaurant in an intimate setting. Whether it’s a corporate dinner or social gathering, our rooms provide the perfect atmosphere to share an unforgettable meal with even better company.
The Ollie + The Oakes are our two small private dining rooms nestled in between our sister restaurant Perennial on Lockwood and our large event space, The Hall at Olive + Oak. They feature a 14-top chef’s table for your guests to gather around. The Oakes Room has the ability to add an additional 8-top table to accommodate a group of 20.
The Atrium is ideal for groups of 25 to 50 for a sit-down meal or up to 80 for a cocktail style celebration. With our window wall bringing in natural light and our built-in fireplace creating a cozy environment, the aesthetics of this space are arguably the best in the building.
If you have a group of 50 or larger, ask about renting half of The Hall!
Frequently Asked Questions
Can we order off of the menu?
Private Dining reservations are executed through our Events team, so while we mimic the restaurant, you do not have the ability to order directly off the menu.
Do we have full access to the Olive + Oak bar menu?
We’ve curated a bar option that we feel encompasses the O+O standards, but on a pared down level. While you don’t have access to everything, your guests will have plenty of options. If you’d like to add an O+O Original Cocktail or choose a few bottles from the wine list, just ask!
Can we bring in décor?
Yes, you have access to the room 30 minutes prior to your contracted space for the purpose of setting up.
Do you have audio/visual capabilities?
The Ollie + Oakes Rooms are equipped with a mounted TV with HDMI connection, a Bluetooth speaker, and wifi. The Atrium has wifi and the ability to bring in a TV as well as a separate sound system for an additional fee.
